Support When Struggling at Hampton Inspired Hub helps create safe, welcoming spaces where individuals and families can access community support, wellbeing activities, social connection, and practical help without judgement or pressure.

Support Without Stigma

At Hampton Inspired Hub, we believe no one in our community should struggle alone. Families face tough times for all sorts of reasons – financial, emotional, social – and we know asking for help isn’t always easy.

That’s why the Hub exists. It’s a welcoming space where everyone can find support in a way that feels natural, not clinical.

Welcoming Community Spaces

  • A safe garden to sit, breathe, and feel calm whilst the children play safely.
  • A pay-by-donation café, so money is never a barrier to a hot drink or a friendly chat, or giving the children a hearty meal or exciting tea for whatever you feel you can donate.
  • Groups and activities where parents can meet socially, learn new skills, try exercise classes, or join something with a shared interest as a family.

Support for Children & Families

For children, we run creative sessions and activities so they’re busy, happy, and learning while parents connect. Sometimes support looks like a painting table. Sometimes it looks like a coffee and a listening ear. Often it’s both.

Community Connection & Everyday Support

Our whole model is simple: when the community comes together, everyone gets stronger. By sharing skills, spaces, and time, we make sure help is there before the crisis point – with no forms, no judgment, no fuss.

Just explore some of the great groups, activities, surplus stores, swap shops, and bargain corners that make family life that little bit easier.
