Zen Zone

Our beautiful Zen Zone, as you arrive, is designed to give a certain ‘peace of mind’ as you walk in. Whether you are on your way to a treatment, a course, or to meet friends, the instant feeling you get upon entering should be that this is your ‘safe place’.

In the garden, there is the smell of incense, some gentle sounds, and the trickle of the water fountain. Private pods allow tranquillity and privacy, and you can even browse our garden as you go.

Our decking might have a light meditation, yoga session or even ‘chanting’, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

Family Garden

Our beautiful back garden at Hampton Inspired Hub is a haven for relaxation, socialising, and exploration. The tranquil spaces are perfect for quiet moments or catching up with friends, while the decking area provides ample room for groups to hold outdoor meetings or events.

Our garden is also a fantastic space for kids to play and learn, with a dedicated area for roleplay, gardening, and getting active. Our volunteer team maintains the raised beds, growing veggies and flowers, and we’d love for you to get involved.

The cabin at the end of the garden is a versatile space that’s perfect for events that combine indoor and outdoor spaces. Socials, courses, or activities can be booked here, and our catering team can even help make the time more practical.

We host regular family events, networking opportunities, and social gatherings that showcase our gardens. Come and explore, relax, and enjoy the outdoors with us.

Visit Our Community Gardens

Whether you are attending an activity, enjoying the outdoor spaces, joining a community event, or simply looking for a welcoming place to relax, Hampton Inspired Hub’s gardens are open to everyone.

Visitors are also welcome to enjoy drinks, snacks, lunches, and refreshments from the Hungry Hubbers Community Café while spending time at the Hub. Every purchase helps support the ongoing activities, spaces, and community initiatives that keep Hampton Inspired Hub welcoming, active, and accessible for the local community.
